Working at RH Marine

VACANCIES

Have you got what it takes?

There is nothing more satisfying than the maiden voyage of a ship for which we have built the electrical and automation systems. From the first programme of requirements to final installation, we know how much thinking, planning, coordination and cooperation this involves. Quite an achievement that we are all proud of!

Technology runs through our veins and we have a passion for the maritime world. RH Marine employs specialists who love their work and the challenges that floating objects offer, such as limited space, salt water and vibrations. No project is the same.

RH MARINE AS EMPLOYER

Joy of work

RH Marine employees are proud of what they do, loyal and involved in the company. Many colleagues have been working for RH Marine for 15 years or more and staff turnover is low.

And there is a reason for that. The variety of projects, technical challenges, growth opportunities and good atmosphere ensure that you enjoy your work.

This includes a good work-life balance, which we support by offering 25 holidays and 13 ADV days, flexible working hours and opportunities to work part-time and from home.

YOUR CAREER

Tailored to your ambitions

Just like our projects, your career at RH Marine is also tailor-made. The possibilities are endless; you can grow towards technical specialist or manager, but also switch to Research & Development or Proposal & Calculation for example. Or alternate between the naval ships and super yachts departments.

Testimonials

Let our employees talk for us

‘In my experience as a woman you are not always seen in the maritime world and sometimes you have to work twice as hard to prove yourself. Here that is not the case at all. I am the only woman on the team and I feel that they take better care of me precisely because I am a woman.’

Valentina GiuscaSystem Engineer

‘I joined RH Marine in 2008 almost immediately after graduating as a software engineer and still enjoy working here. In the course of time I have done various projects and seen all kinds of aspects of technology pass by. That versatility keeps the work interesting. And I have considerable influence on what I want to do and learn.’

William SchepSystem Engineer

‘I have continued to develop within the company. I am driven and want to get the most out of it. If I can do better, I must do better. When I was technical coordinator, I had the idea that this could be the ‘end station’ because I always thought I wanted to continue working in engineering. But in the end I took the next step.’
